Mercedes-Benz is set to introduce the GLS Grand Edition at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit in January 2018. The Grand Edition features exclusive interior and exterior design enhancements, and is available on select 2018 GLS SUV configurations. 2018 GLS Grand Edition

The 2018 GLS Grand Edition adds premium, exclusive design components to the GLS 450 4MATIC®* and GLS 550 4MATIC®* SUV configurations. The GLS 450 4MATIC®* sports a V6 engine that delivers a thrilling 363 horsepower and 369 lb-ft while the GLS 550 4MATIC®* SUV boasts a V8 engine that delivers an impressive 449 horsepower and 516 lb-ft of torque.

The Grand Edition adds several cabin design elements, including designo Nappa leather seats with exclusive diamond quilting and porcelain/Espresso Brown accents. The dashboard features Nappa leather and an open pore brown ash trim, while standard ambient lighting and Espresso Brown velour floor mats highlight the cabin floor. Outside, the Grand Edition adds larger wheels to both configurations and a more advanced LED lighting system. Both models feature the exclusive “Grand Edition” badge.

The Grand Edition will cost $6,000 on the GLS 450 4MATIC®* and $3,200 on the GLS 550 4MATIC®*.
