2017 Mercedes-Benz B-Class Electric Drive Specifications
The 2017 Mercedes-Benz B-Class Electric Drive has been released by Mercedes-Benz. This is not a vehicle we sell at Mercedes-Benz of Arrowhead, but we figured we can at least extend the specifications to you so you know what to expect if you are looking for a 2017 Mercedes-Benz B250e.
The World’s Most Luxurious Electric Car
Power
The B250e may be the smallest vehicle to wear a Mercedes-Benz badge, but it is not the slowest. With 251 lb-ft of torque and 177 horsepower, the B-Class can accelerate from zero to 60 in 7.9 seconds. Because it is completely electric, the torque is instantly available from any speed, especially giving the B-Class an advantage from a dead stop over most other cars on the road.
Range
Range might be the one and only disadvantage of the 2017 B-Class. With a full charge, the B250e can travel a distance of 87 miles. This may be a little low, even for an electric car, but what it lacks in range it makes up for in charge time and convenience. Additionally, the range can be increased by up to 17 miles with the RANGE PLUS® package.
Charge Time
From a dead battery to a full charge, it will take just over two hours. That’s right, only two hours! This time is extended slightly with the addition of the RANGE PLUS® package, which offers a range-extending charge function. The best part about charging the Mercedes-Benz B-Class, however, is that it can be charged from any standard domestic power outlet.
Features
Because the B-Class is a Mercedes-Benz, it comes standard with features that you can appreciate. This includes a 7-inch display, an MP3-compatible CD player, USB ports, and navigation services that can show you on the map how far you can go with the current charge.
