2017 Mercedes-Benz SLC Options and Features

Just in time for its 20th birthday, the SLK chassis gets a body redesign that really shows off its muscle without losing touch with the historic Mercedes-Benz culture that set the SLC in motion in the first place. The upgrades do not end with a redesign, however. The SLC now also features a slew of new aluminum trim pieces that come with a carbon fiber finish. The instrument cluster in the dashboard has also been redesigned for maximum comfort and convenience, complete with a new sport steering wheel.  

The 2017 SLC passes another milestone with advanced driver-assistance features and wide range of DYNAMIC SELECT driving modes. The SLC now comes standard with premium technologies such as Active Brake Assist, DYNAMIC SELECT, and for the grand finale, a 9G-Tronic 9-speed transmission. This transmission has also been adopted by the GLC, but is unheard of anywhere else in the industry.
