Halloween is just around the corner, so it’s time to decide where you and your family is going to celebrate the fall season with ghosts, goblins and, of course, lots of candy. While there are lots of great events happening around the Peoria, AZ community, one of our favorites takes place at the Pleasant Harbor Marina. This family-friendly event takes place over the course of two weekends and features lots of great and safe events the whole family can enjoy, including a lakeside screening of the classic movie, Ghostbusters. The Haunted Harbor at Lake UN-Pleasant 2017 – Peoria, AZ

Pleasant Harbor is taken over for two weekends at the end of October by ghouls and other creatures and is turned into the Haunted Harbor at Lake UN-Pleasant.

The Haunted Harbor at Lake UN-Pleasant takes place over the course of two weekends: October 20-21 and October 27-28. From 6 to 10 P.M. each night, there will be live entertainment and fun activities for kids and adults, as well as cruises across the water. Don’t miss the haunted house which opens at 6 P.M. every night. Live music throughout the two-weekend event will be provided by Chops and the Shake ‘Em Ups, Otis and the Exterminators, Fuzzy Logic, The Vibe and Highway 85.

One of the coolest parts of the Haunted Harbor takes place on Friday, October when the AZ Ghosters show up in their Ecomobile with the Marshmallow Man, too! The fun is followed by a free showing of Ghostbuster lakeside at sundown.

On October 28, don’t miss the ‘Trunk ‘N Treat at the Haunted Harbor. Alongside the Arizona Rockabilly Car Show, the Trunk ‘n Treat will feature family-friendly and safe trick-or-treating, costume contests and “Best Decorated Trunk” contest. There will be an array of food trucks serving some delicious treat, as well as live music! The fun begins at 6 P.M.
