The Mercedes-Benz me Button® and E Call® adds a safety net to your drive

What does the Mercedes-Benz me Button® and E Call® do?

The Mercedes-Benz me Button® and E Call® system adds a safety net you may not have known you wanted to your drive.  But what exactly is this safety net? Take a look at the video the Mercedes-Benz brand posted on their official YouTube channel! We’ve summarized what they said in the video, in case you need to go back and reference it at all. Take a look!

me Button® and E Call® features

The me Button® and E Call® provides a safety net that not many other modern vehicles offer. This safety net is the connectivity to a Mercedes-Benz representative who has knowledge of the exact vehicle brand that you drive. By being connected to this means that you can use this technology to contact a Mercedes-Benz representative, who can give you information about your Mercedes-Benz vehicle.

You can utilize the E Call® for emergencies (though as they have stated in the video, please do not use the E Cal® for dangerous situations. If you have a true emergency that threatens your health or life, please dial 911). Emergencies that you can use the E Call® for is if you have a vehicle breakdown or need roadside assistance.

Many of the 2019 and some 2018 Mercedes-Benz models are equipped with this technology. So, if you are interested in this technology you can check out the 2019 lineup!
