Performance

The CO2 air conditioner blows the traditional air conditioner out of the water. It operates in the ballpark of ten times more pressure and, as a result, needs upgraded components to handle the pressure. This means special hoses and seals need to be fabricated. The air-conditioning system is still in testing stages, as it has different flammability properties than the air conditioners in our cars. To ensure that it complies with European safety laws, it will feature a protective system that will separate the refrigerated air is separated from hot engine systems in the event of a collision.
