What’s New in the 2023 Mercedes-AMG GLE-Class?

The AMG performance brand has been around for 55 years this year. In honor of this, Mercedes-AMG will offer the GLE-class in 2023 in a limited-edition Edition 55 configuration. The unique vehicle has distinguishing features like side-mounted Edition 55 graphics, matte-gray 22-inch wheels with Edition 55-only center caps, and a steering wheel with commemorative badging.

Infotainment and Safety Features

Like lesser Benz-branded GLE classes, the GLE’s dashboard is dominated by twin 12.3-inch infotainment displays. The AMG variants also offer the most recent MBUX software interface. The touchscreen, the joystick installed in the center console, or a simple “Hey Mercedes” followed by a voice command are all ways the driver and front-seat passenger can communicate with the system. Although few drivers find it a little challenging to operate, owners should become accustomed to it after a few weeks of driving. Integration with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto is standard, as is a Wi-Fi hotspot.
