Starting the Charging Process 

Choose the Right Charging Cable: 

• For a standard home socket, use a Mode 2 charging cable. 
• For a wallbox or public charging station, use a Mode 3 charging cable (most stations include this cable). 
• Use the Mode 4 charging cable available at the charging station for fast charging. 

Plug Into the Power Source First: 

• If charging at home, connect your charging cable to the wall socket or wallbox before plugging it into the vehicle. 
• At public or fast-charging stations, follow the on-screen instructions. 

Connect to the Charging Port of Your EQB: 

• If the vehicle is unlocked or the key is within a three-meter radius, open the charging socket flap on the EQB. 
• Plug the charging cable into the vehicle’s charging port securely.

Press the Charging Interruption Button: 

• This safely ends the charging process before unplugging. 

Unplug the Charging Cable: 

• Once charging stops, remove the connector from the vehicle’s charging port.
