For those who can afford it, the GLS-Class is going to be everything any driver has ever needed. It is large and spacious. Perfect for hauling cargo, carpooling, or taking road trips to the ocean. It can even seat up to seven passengers! It is powerful and sophisticated like a sports car, offering up to 577 horsepower and coming standard with DYNAMIC SELECT driving modes. Especially with the Sport exterior package, which will be available on the GLS550, the GLS has a new look that makes the 2016 GL-Class look plain and boring. It is pretty obvious that the new GLE-Class design plays a part here, especially from the front, because the touches we were missing with the GL are much more prominent on the GLS. These include chrome accents, roof rails, side skirts, and more.

You better believe you are getting leather seats when you purchase any GLS-Class. In fact, because of the advanced interior, the GLS is even being called the S-Class of SUVs. We have to agree. It features the new COMMAND Navigation function and even has a new LED Intelligent Light System, which improves night-time visibility and overall safety.
