2016 Mercedes-Benz C-Class Release Date

The summer is coming to a close and although we will be sad to see it go, we are excited about the new car releases that are associated with it. The range from August to November is well-known in the automotive world for being a hot spot for the introduction of the next years models. One of the upcoming releases is the popular C-Class. The 2016 Mercedes-Benz C-Class release date is coming in hot, so we want to be ready for it.

2016 C-Class Trims

The C-Class is one of the best-selling Mercedes-Benz models. Whether you want efficiency or performance, you can have it in the C-Class. Luxury, of course, is a given regardless of what trim is right for you. The different variations will be coming out at different times, but when it is all said and done, there will be seven different C-Class models to choose from. Four of them will be carry-overs from 2015, but three of them are brand new to the C-Class family. The first new addition is the C300d, which is a fuel-efficient diesel version of the C300. The second is the C350e, which is a Plug-In-Hybrid model. Last but the opposite of least, the C450-4M Sport AMG will also be prowling the streets of America.

2016 C-Class Release Date

The carry-over models are the C300, C300-4M, C63 AMG, and the C63 S AMG. These will be arriving very soon. How soon? Mercedes-Benz did not give a specific date but has said they will be available in August. We surmise that you will be able to get your hands on one next week. As for the new models, the Mercedes-Benz groundhog must have seen his shadow because we will have to wait until September for the C350e and the C450-4M Sport AMG. The C300d 4MATIC will take even longer with a February 2016 arrival date.

2016 Mercedes-Benz C-Class Pricing

One of the reasons why the C-Class is so successful is because of its affordability. The base model C300 will debut with an MSRP of $38,950. Although this is an incredible value, many people will opt for more power. The C63 S AMG will cost around $72,700. The pricing for the new models has not been released yet, but we will let you know as soon as we find out.
