We all know how important it is to have good tires on vehicles, and most everyone is familiar with the penny trick to see if a tire needs to be replaced. But what kind of tires should you get? Check out this video on the MO\u00ae tires, also known as the Mercedes-Original\u00ae tires.<\/p>\n

When should I get my tires replaced?<\/h3>\n

The video explains it pretty well, but we will still reiterate. The MO\u00ae tires are tires designed and built for the specific Mercedes-Benz models. They fit with the model and year of your vehicle which helps to erase the stress of deciding which tire is the right one for your vehicle, because the MO\u00ae tires are already designed for it.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s all well and good, but it doesn\u2019t exactly help if you aren\u2019t sure when your tires should be replaced. In case you aren\u2019t familiar with the penny trick, here\u2019s a simple way you can tell. All you need is a penny or a quarter and your car.<\/p>\n

  1. Grab a penny.<\/li>\n
  2. Insert the coin in the middle of your tire tread with Lincoln\u2019s head upside-down.<\/li>\n
  3. If part of Lincoln\u2019s head is obscured by the tire tread, you shouldn\u2019t need to replace your tires quite yet.<\/li>\n
  4. If you can see all of Lincoln\u2019s head, you have 2\/32\u201d or less of tread. This means you should replace your tires immediately.<\/li>\n
  5. Note: if you use a quarter and the tread touches Washington\u2019s head, you have at least 4\/32\u201d left. This means you don\u2019t need to replace your tires quite yet.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    If you suspect that your tires need to be replaced, it\u2019s always best to take it into the shop to get it looked at by professionals.<\/p>\n
