Memorial Day Observance at the Pioneer & Military Memorial Park<\/a><\/h3>\n

The Pioneers\u2019 Cemetery Assn (PCA) is hosting its 34th annual Memorial Day Observance and open house on Monday, May 29 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Pioneer & Military Memorial Park. The ceremony will include keynote speaker Len Marcisz who will be honoring Arizona\u2019s fallen heroes. Several fraternal organization and local reenactor groups in historic dress will also be participating in the day\u2019s ceremonies. <\/p><\/div>\n\n\n

2017 Cave Creek Balloon Festival<\/a><\/h3>\n

Cave Creek is hosting its eighth annual balloon festival on the driving range of the Rancho Ma\u00f1ana Golf Course on Saturday, May 27 from 5:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Pre-paid tickets are $12 for adults, $7 for kids ages 12 and under and children 2 and under are free. Ticket prices on the day of the event are slightly higher. In addition, veterans and active military will receive their ticket at half price with the proper identification.
