The Mercedes-Benz Surround View System operates through an intelligent network of high-resolution cameras and sensors. Each camera captures a wide-angle image of its respective field, and a central processor combines these views into a real-time panoramic display. This bird’s-eye perspective is projected onto the vehicle’s central touchscreen display, allowing drivers to see the whole perimeter of the vehicle as if viewed from above.
