2019 Mercedes-AMG GT 4-Door Coupe Specs and Features

Despite technically being more practical, new Mercedes-AMG GT 4-door Coupe models don’t lack power. The base GT 53 is fitted with a ‘mild hybrid system’ that gives drivers an electric boost (‘EQ Boost’) for added power and performance, resulting in a 439-horsepower total output and a 0-to-60 mph time of 4.4 seconds. Not bad for the base model.

Moving up, the GT 63 is fitted with a 577-hp, 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine that offers a0-to-60 mph time of 3.3 seconds. Lastly, GT 63 S models jump to a 630-horsepower total output and a top speed of 195 miles per hour. GT 63 and GT 63S models feature an AMG SPEEDSHIFT MCT nine-speed multi-clutch transmission, while the GT 53 and its hybrid V6 powertrain utilizes aSPEEDSHIFT TCT torque converter.

All Mercedes-AMG GT 4-door Coupe models feature AMG Performance 4MATIC+ intelligent all-wheel drive. GT 63 and 63 S models also include Drift Mode, allowing drivers to drift safely and securely.

Other performance features drivers will find throughout the 2019 Mercedes-AMG GT 4-Door Coupe models include AMG TRACK PACE software (allowing drivers to record and analyze performance data), limited-slip differential, multiple driving modes, active rear-wheel steering, AIRPANEL intake system and more.
