While remaining true to its original, time-tested attributes, the Mercedes-Benz G-Class underwent the most significant transformation in its history. The AMG G 63 stands out among other performance off-road vehicles with its AMG-developed suspensions, AMG-specific transmission modes, and a refreshed interior with an optimal widescreen cockpit. The AMG G 63 model will launch in the U.S. by the end of 2018 and will be offered in a limited-edition Edition 1 special model to celebrate new beginnings. 2019 AMG G 63 Edition 1

The all-new 2019 Mercedes-AMG G 63 will be offered in a limited-production special model to celebrate the model’s all-new status on its U.S. market launch. The special model, called “Edition 1”, adds exclusive design elements and black/red accents both inside and out, lending the Edition 1 model a sportier, more athletic profile than the rest of the model lineup. Because of its distinctive appearance, the Edition 1 model is the flagship model of the 2019 G-Class lineup.

The Edition 1 model’s exterior design elements include designo Night Black Magno paint with contrasting matte Graphite Grey sports stripes along the body, exterior mirror housings with a decorative red strip, and matte black 22” forged wheels with a cross-spoke design and red-painted rim flanges. Inside, red accents can be found throughout the cabin including red topstitching on the dashboard, rear seats, door panels, and center console. Red contrasting topstitching is also located on the front sport seats in Black/Red Pepper nappa leather and on the AMG-performance steering wheel.
