Because we live in the future and because the internet makes all of our decisions for us, pictures of the 2017 model are already floating around showing off the new look of the roadster. 2017 SL-Class Redesign

Over the last few years, some internet trolls have expressed resentment towards the automaker because of a lack of overall improvement from year to year. We see things a little bit differently around here. Sure, the 2017 shares many design cues with SL models throughout history, but that is one of the biggest reasons why we like it. It is the perfect combination of traditional Mercedes-Benz culture and modern, techno, internet-happy, synergy. The 2017 redesign features new style all around the car, but it is especially prevalent near the front and back grilles.

New SL-Class Front End

The first thing that grabs your attention with the 2017 Mercedes-Benz SL-Class is the wider openings on the grille. These likely allow for more airflow while adding aesthetic value at the same time. Next, you are probably drawn to the headlights. They more closely resemble AMG style and now will have the LED running lights that are standard in all Mercedes-Benz vehicles. The hood has also been reshaped to keep the look fresh.

Traditionally, each new SL-Class is released in the summer. In most recent past years, July has been the magic month. We expect this tradition will continue, landing the 2017 SL-Class on U.S. soil by July 2016. After its official unveiling at the L.A.
