2016 GL-Class Changes

The GL-Class is one of the most luxurious SUVs on the market today. It seats seven comfortably and can tow up to 7,500 pounds behind it. For 2016, the GL is a carry-over model with very little changing from the previous year. The only change from 2015 is the removal of the color Cinnabar Red. This color will be replaced for the 2017 model with Cardinal Red.

2016 GL-Class Pricing

The GL-Class is offered by Mercedes-Benz in four trims. The GL350, GL450, GL550, and the GL63 AMG. Ranging from $64,550 to $217,900, there is a GL-Class to fit the needs of every driver. The first two trims come with a 3.0-liter V6 that produce 240 and 362 horsepower respectively. The GL550 is equipped with a 4.7-liter V8 to crank out 429 horsepower. Last but the opposite of least, the GL63 AMG has a 5.5-liter V8 that makes up to 550 horsepower. The GL350 is has a single turbo charger, whereas the other three are assisted by bi-turbocharging systems.
